Every application starts with careful preparation. For candidates already living in Europe, we focus on eligibility, matching, interviews, and any country-to-country move or status requirement. For international applicants, we add the immigration and relocation guidance their case requires.
We receive your documents, verify that they are genuine and complete, and check your eligibility for available positions before moving forward.
We carry out a trial interview and provide coaching, CV improvements, communication support, and confidence training where needed. We introduce candidates when they are properly prepared.
We match people with suitable employers based on experience, skills, role requirements, and preferred European country, subject to available vacancies.
Once the candidate is ready, we arrange the employer interview and keep communication clear on both sides. We support both parties with preparation, timely updates, and a clear understanding of the next step.
For international applicants and candidates already living in Europe, we review the individual situation and explain the relevant route for the destination country. This may include a new work or residence application, a change of status, renewal guidance, family documentation, or preparation for a move between European countries. The correct process depends on nationality, current residence, employment, documents, and the rules of the destination country.
Timelines depend on the country, case type, employer, appointment availability, and the processing times of the relevant authorities.

Many European countries provide legal pathways that may eventually lead to long-term or permanent residence, and in some cases citizenship, subject to eligibility and the residence requirements of the destination country. We explain the pathway available for your chosen destination.
Separate service
Once we receive your documents, our team reviews your situation and guides you through the relevant immigration process from preparation to submission. This service is available to international applicants and to Europeans already living in Europe who need support with a new destination, a work or residence application, a renewal, a change of status, or related family documentation. We work case by case because the right route and document list depend on your nationality, current status, destination, employment, and personal circumstances.
We review your file for gaps, guide the collection of police checks, bank statements, qualification evidence, residence documents, and supporting family records where relevant. We advise on translations or certification, help prepare appointments, and support submission to VFS, a consulate, an immigration office, or another relevant authority, subject to its procedures. You remain informed through follow-up and any requests for additional documents.
Requirements vary by destination and individual circumstances. Personal attendance or biometrics may be required. Work permits, visas, residence permissions, and status decisions are made by the relevant authorities, not by Echotalk. Our role is preparation, guidance, and coordination; we do not promise an outcome.
